powerful swing appropriate for Centennial Golf Club. Centennial Golf Club in Acworth was the site of the 1997 Canadian Open, the AGCs eleventh event of last season. The AGC's 1998 season was re-opened with The Greater Atlanta Open May 23. A handful of last years members were scattered throughout the field however the majority of the players were first timers and the competition was taken to a new level. David Burke of Woodstock, GA had a precarious start off the 1st tee then fell into somewhat of a zone to shoot even par for the day. |
Matt Freeman Congratulates Brian Moure, the Winner of THE ATLANTA GOLF CLUB'S 1998 US OPEN. Brian shot an outstanding net 67 for the win. He also closed the day with a fabulous long putt. In addition to the nice trophy pictured Brian received a $100.00 gift certificate. Congratulations Brian! |
