The AGC would like to thank each member for participating in our Greater Atlanta Open Tournament at Centennial Golf Club on Saturday, May 15. We also want to extend a warm AGC "Welcome" to our new members who played in our Tournament. Many thanks to Dan Rozek and the entire Centennial Golf Club Staff for their cooperation, and for a great golf course, all of which combined for a great tournament!
Everyone was excited to be playing friendly, tournament golf on a beautiful, warm Spring day. Congratulations to our champion, Steven Webster, for a great round of net 67 after a very competitive tournament. We also want to congratulate Winn Brannon and Kevin Mitchell on their second and third place finishes, respectively. For the first time a prize was awarded for low gross, won by Kevin Mitchell with a fine 74. Thanks again to everyone who played for making the 1999 Atlanta Golf Club Greater Atlanta Open a resounding success!
